I placed a mobile order waiting 13 minutes before entering the drive thur. Waited another 15 minutes, and the food was not ready. I had to pull up. Got my food with no utensils or napkins. Ghost wings was so bloody I had to pick through and dis reguard. Very gross when trying to eat.

Exactly a week from today my friend and I visited the drive-through. It was 11pm and the parking lot was crowded with cars wrapped around the building. The interior was closed for obvious reasons. I expected to be sitting for a while. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast we moved through the line and up to the order screen. The young man who took our order was polite and quick to take our order. He repeated everything back to us with southern charm and a slight accent that I have missed over the years. (I now live in MD) When we got to the window, our experience continued. Our cashier was very well put together. I could tell he took pride in his appearance, his uniform was in tact, he was well groomed, and incredibly courteous while taking payment and asking if we needed any other condiments. The staff in the background seemed to be working cooperatively. Moving quickly to bag and hand off food. I was shocked and pleased. I'm writing this in case the young man at the window wondered why we looked so shocked. It was for all good reasons. The "A" team you had on staff on 3/28/25 at around 11pm was on point in performance. There's no way that line could move that smoothly, and the front face employee could do his job that well without the team behind him putting in the effort. Great job, please reward them for excellent service!

I just had a Popeyes chicken sandwich for a late lunch. It was so good and tasty. The service was good but I have a complaint. Why do I have to order on the app to get a free apple pie when I am already at the window with a code for the apple pie right at the drive through. The last time I went to the same location we ordered from the app to pick up at the store but you couldn't go inside. Meanwhile people keep coming to pick up their online order. That night the line was triple wrapped around the building and I was told to enter the line for food I was supposed to pick up inside per the app. That was a bad experience and I ended up without any food for dinner. However today was much better but Popeyes needs to figure out what they really want to accomplish with their app.
